Oasis Life Resources

Oasis Life Resources (OLR) provides an international, interactive life-coaching empowerment program to help at risk young girls, aged 14-21, to discover their full potential through this personal development workshop and leadership initiatives.  This program provides a “safe haven” for young girls to learn healthy life skills equipping them to become positive forces in their communities.  Through fun and focused activities in a group dynamic, OLR empowers young girls to realize their dreams, enhances communication skills and promotes self-awareness allowing the full realization of their self-worth.   Students participate in a 10-12 week course, partnered with an international school or organization, facilitated by Michelle Ashley, CLC, where they learn how to develop and maintain a plan of action for their own personal development, academic future and community development initiative.  Students are given structured assignments, which are shared with their partnering group, with the intent to expand their minds, broaden their horizons and encourage them to exercise their natural talent, skill and knowledge.
